College Bound Survey

College Match Survey - Part One
This is a two-part exercise to help us identify colleges that might be a great fit for you. Right now, you'll complete Part One: the survey. After you submit, you'll receive results that we'll review together in Part Two.

Instructions for Part One:
Respond carefully to the statements below about your educational attitudes, goals, and perspectives. Be absolutely truthful and genuine as you answer each question—there are no "correct" responses.

For each statement, select one answer category:

  • Strongly agree
  • Agree
  • Lean toward disagree
  • Disagree
Important: Even if you're unsure or your response falls between two categories, answer every question. Choose the option that feels closest to your view, but select only one answer per question.

Your honest responses will give us the best foundation for our conversation in Part Two!
